The ARA International Symposium returns to Melbourne in 2026, bringing together the rendering and used cooking oil supply chains for three days of practical discussion, market insight and industry connection. Hosted by the Australian Renderers Association, the 18th Symposium will focus on the issues shaping rendered products, tallow, used cooking oil and animal protein meals across domestic and international markets. The program will connect science, policy and trade across plant operations, sustainability, market access, renewable fuels, global supply chains and the future direction of the sector.
